Jensen Avenue, an 100,766 SF modernized facility with both space and machinery to accommodate their future growth and success.<\/p>\n This project is a California High Speed Rail relocation project. SPAN did a groundbreaking ceremony late August 2017, and the building was turned over to the Owner in June 2018. A grand opening will take place in September 2018. This was an exciting and interesting project for us and the Owner. Working with the Fresno County EDC<\/a>, City of Fresno<\/a>,\u00a0California High-Speed Rail Authority<\/a>,\u00a0and approximately 39+ local contractors and vendors has made the project a real success.
